Beautiful dinner salad for any type of meal. This salad is hearty enough to add a protein to and easy to make. The perfect side salad!
Serves: 1 salad
  • Fresh mixed greens
  • ¼ of a red onion, sliced
  • Handful of cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
  • Handful of cubed provolone cheese (or other favorite cheese)
  • Handful of white beans (any kind will do, rinse and drain them)
  • Part of a cucumber, peeled then sliced.
  • Your favorite vinaigrette. I like Garlic Expressions Classic Vinaigrette (see picture)
  1. Prepare ingredients, assemble salad. Dress right before you eat. Depending on the size of salad you are making will depend on how much of each ingredient you want to use. Add as much or as little as you would like of each ingredient.
