It’s sprinkle time!
Funfetti may be the smartest and best “flavor” ever. Anything with sprinkles is pretty much considered funfetti and there are so many different baked goods you can make with it – cake, cupcakes, cookies, brownies, and now dip! A “healthier” dip that is. Yes, this recipe is made with greek yogurt believe it or not.
Serve with vanilla wafers (reduced fat to make it “healthier”), graham crackers, or animal crackers. This may even be great with fruit – funfetti fruit dip? uh yes please!
This little cookie sandwich was almost too cute to eat but I figured a way to scarf it down. Being cute is not the only wonderful thing about this dip/cookie…it only calls for five ingredients (if you include sprinkles and cookies/crackers). Five Ingredients!!! Do enjoy! 🙂
- 1 box funfetti cake mix
- 2 cups lite cool whip
- 2 cups fat-free plain yogurt (strawberry might be good too)
- Sprinkles
- Vanilla wafers, graham crackers, or animal crackers
- Mix cake mix, cool whip, and yogurt in a large bowl until blended. Add extra sprinkles for color. Cover and chill in refrigerator for two hours. Serve with choice of cookie/cracker. Enjoy!
