As part of the Stonyfield Clean Plate Club, I am excited to share my opinions on their new Grassfed and Whole Milk Yogurts!
They’re darn good…I can tell you that! But even more than being creamy and delicious they are 100% USDA organic and non GMO. As a first time mom, organic and non GMO products are important to me. I want to make sure my child gets the best of the best as she grows. In general, I try to encourage my family to not only eat a well-balanced diet but to also purchase good products. Stonyfield offers just that, a pure product that my family and I feel good about consuming.
So what’s the difference between whole milk yogurt and grassfed yogurt? It’s simple, the whole milk yogurt comes from organic cows that eat grass, organic oats and grains whereas grassfed yogurt comes from organic cows that only eat grass. After tasting both, I found the grassfed yogurt to be a little runnier, but still tasty and the whole milk yogurt to be richer and creamier. I honestly liked them both, although I love all kinds of yogurt.
They are both delicious with fruit, over oatmeal or simply as a snack or dessert. They both would work very well in a smoothie or as the base for a party dip.
I personally love the strawberry whole milk yogurt – it’s like eating strawberries and cream.
Um. Yes!
If you’re feeding little ones at home, I encourage to purchase Stonyfield products – they not only taste amazing but are wholesome and healthy!
