Happy Monday to ya.
Today we are talking about meatballs. Do you ever need to bring an appetizer to a party and you’re not sure what to make so you Google stuff and still can’t decide? Well, this recipe if your go to because it’s easy, effortless and so good!
My sister-in-law and brother-in-law throw a Halloween party every year and I always bring these meatballs because they’re easy, effortless and so good! 😉 Throw everything in the crock pot and let the party begin!
Speaking of Halloween, do you have any parties you’re going to? Vin and I brought some SNL character’s back….Mary Katherine Gallagher or More Cowbell anyone? We had a great time, except I’m going to have nightmares of the freaky clown next to me for the next few months. You can follow me on INSTAGRAM for more crazy pictures.
Alrighty back to these meatballs! I used frozen already cooked beef meatballs, but feel free to change it up and use turkey if you would like. You can also make your own meatballs for this but I find frozen work so well and again they are easy peasy.
So here is all you have to do. Have a few bags of frozen meatballs in your freezer at all times, a jar of grape jelly and two jars of chili sauce and you will always have this appetizer ready when you need it. Fresh parsley is simply a garnish and you could always sprinkle a little dried parsley in there too if you don’t have fresh.
Just don’t forget to bring tooth picks like I did!
Have a great week ya’ll!
