Here is another week of tasty recipes to help feed you and your family. Meal planning has changed my life. Seriously! If I don’t meal plan, things feel hectic, chaotic and honestly, overwhelming. Taking the time to meal plan saves time, money and energy. I hope some of these recipes make it into your kitchen!
Pesto Caprese Chicken with Sautéed Spinach
Pesto is such a wonderful condiment because it’s incredibly versatile. In this case, chicken is marinated in pesto then covered in breadcrumbs and baked with sweet tomatoes. It’s served over garlicky sautéed spinach and drizzled with balsamic glaze. I mean this dinner is AWESOME.

Linguine with Clam Sauce
This recipe is an oldie but a goodie. I’ve been making it for years. It’s a super simple pasta dish that takes about 30 minutes to make. A simple white wine clam sauce is poured over linguine and topped with fresh lemon and parsley. It’s absolutely delicious and simple to make!

Mexican Chicken Salad
I love a good twist on chicken salad. This simple salad is comprised of diced chicken, corn, red onion, cilantro, lime and a few spices. It’s easy to prepare, and is a wonderful for lunch. Serve in a wrap, with chips or enjoy as is!

Brussels Sprouts Caesar Salad with Chicken and Bacon
I love a hearty salad. It can be served for lunch or dinner and always leaves me satisfied but not too full. This take on Caesar Salad is so delicious. Instead of using romaine lettuce, shaved Brussels sprouts are used. They’re crunchy and go so well with chicken, bacon, Parmesan cheese and Caesar dressing. It comes together in just 20 minutes, too!

Homemade Vanilla Pancakes
There’s nothing quite like a stack of buttery pancakes. My kids LOVE them. This homemade pancake recipe comes together so quickly and uses staple ingredients. I like to make a double batch so we can easily reheat for breakfast the next morning.

I hope you feel inspired to try these simple recipes! If you have any questions, please feel free to leave a comment! Otherwise, happy meal planning!
