Grandma’s Sloppy Joes

You can’t go wrong with a good, old fashioned sloppy Joe. These are made in one pan and are wonderful as leftovers. Enjoy on a bun, over a baked potato or just as is! I like to serve these with a side of green beans!

Turkey Vegetable Soup

I love a good soup during the week. It’s a lighter meal, but it’s also satisfying and filling, especially if it’s packed full of protein and veggies. This Turkey Vegetable Soup is incredibly easy to make, healthy and made in one pot!

Brown Sugar Soy Glazed Salmon

Side note – my mom has actually made this recipe for me! I literally was eating it and I love it. She then told me it was my recipe! Ha! Now back to the salmon…this simple salmon dish is packed full of flavor. Salmon filets are baked in a simple brown sugar soy sauce and baked until flaky. Serve over rice with some roasted broccoli.
