Here’s another week of approachable and delicious recipes. Hopefully the weather stays warm and you can get outside and grill! I find grilling to be so much easier than cooking inside, do you? It definitely makes clean up much easier. I also crave the flavors of the grill this time of year. Let’s get started!
Grilled Summer Vegetable Pasta
I love this simple veggie focused dinner recipe. It’s got all your favorite Summer veggies like corn, tomatoes, zucchini, squash and bell peppers. The veggies are tossed with garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper and grilled until slightly charred. They are then tossed with noodles of your choice. Garnish with basil, fresh squeeze of lemon and Parmesan cheese!

Grilled Buffalo Honey Chicken Wings
This recipe is super easy! Chicken wings are seasoned then grilled until charred and tossed in a mixture of buffalo sauce, honey and butter. These are DELICIOUS! Serve with grilled corn and a Caesar salad.

Mediterranean Beef Kabobs
Celebrate summer with these protein packed, colorful Mediterranean Beef Kabobs. These kabobs scream summer and are always a hit for your backyard BBQ. Steak and a rainbow of vegetables is marinated in a Mediterranean inspired sauce and grilled to perfection.

Easy Sausage, Spinach and Tomato Egg Casserole.
Meal prepping for breakfast is such a good idea since mornings can be chaotic, especially with kiddos. I love this breakfast casserole for that very reason. I like to make this recipe for the weekend as well. On the weekends, I don’t feel like cooking and cleaning anymore. You feel me? This casserole reheats very well and it has everything your body needs in one bite!

Healthy Banana Bread
I always have a baked “snack” around the house. It’s often these energy balls, oatmeal bars, or in this case, banana bread! I typically choose recipes that are nutrient dense so they fuel my body. This banana bread uses coconut oil, whole wheat flour and coconut sugar to keep it a little healthier. We snack on this for breakfast, late afternoon or after school!

I hope these recipes find it to your table and hungry! Happy meal planning!
